COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley FD18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Anaheim products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alvarado parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Anderson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Anaheim such as the BL72XCE1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TAS12 manufactured by Alvarado and we are pleased to be able to service most Alvarado systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GB170G07111 by Manufacturer Anderson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aplex Brand ADP1156T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amalgamated-Instrument such as PM6IV1104E equipment made by Amalgamated-Instrument have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amalgamated-Instrument products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amalgamated-Instrument" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DP72003XM46 made by Anaheim-Automation as well as the popular RDBB29034372AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10023001 by Apantec and PM6IV1104E spares by Amalgamated-Instrument are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBA2M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Altra-Industrial-Motion. |
