COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley CE278 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Merlin-Gerin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brooks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Merlin-Gerin such as the CK1200N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRE3560 manufactured by Brooks and we are pleased to be able to service most Brooks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPCRFR02B97R4M by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand CMF100M328NRAUEZZZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asea such as CPU86NDP equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM300DU12NFH made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DH6011X1GA1 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPA640C112 by Endress--Hauser and CPU86NDP spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM600HU12F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
