COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 8600-1873L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edwards products, including obsoleted and phased-out H.o.-Trerice parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Armtec-Industries product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the Y04501164 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 127201 manufactured by H.o.-Trerice and we are pleased to be able to service most H.o.-Trerice systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24411822 by Manufacturer Armtec-Industries as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Itw-Ransburg Brand 76037 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intronics such as 2B22J equipment made by Intronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KL1408 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular DC2001000000000000111404530502 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7EF931113000 by Barber-Colman and 2B22J spares by Intronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AAC140B4XT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eic. |
