COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 815-E0V16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Relay-Dresser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pitsco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pneudraulics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Relay-Dresser such as the 60177 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34243 manufactured by Pitsco and we are pleased to be able to service most Pitsco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36024 by Manufacturer Pneudraulics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NE1ASCPU01V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Netstal such as MSC1102405153 equipment made by Netstal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Netstal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Netstal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XPSAC3721 made by Schneider as well as the popular PNOZ83S1O original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES73921AJ001AB0 by Siemens and MSC1102405153 spares by Netstal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PDZ24VDC2NO2NC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
