COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 6182H-12BRH4B Series A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trojan-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sola product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV78240AB201AC0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 913045001 manufactured by Trojan-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Trojan-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 83242602 by Manufacturer Sola as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES58150UA12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeds--Northrup such as 8888203008803011 equipment made by Leeds--Northrup have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeds--Northrup products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeds--Northrup" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7713522351 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 9800ACAB11 original spares produced by Quartech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES76261AG010AE3 by Siemens and 8888203008803011 spares by Leeds--Northrup are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES55418AA11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
