COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 6180-ELAEHLDDECZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Digital products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ckd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Cam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital such as the D081578L00094 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N3E0660M manufactured by Ckd and we are pleased to be able to service most Ckd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS500110016PMCU by Manufacturer Electro-Cam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Browning Brand PN24508002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler such as Cutler equipment made by Cutler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22FD4P2N103 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular ACS550096A4 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N8603157T001 by Fanuc and Cutler spares by Cutler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20AE3P9A0AYNNNC0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
