COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 592 A2KE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Union-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daifuku parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Union-Signal such as the PC250TR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCB3618A manufactured by Daifuku and we are pleased to be able to service most Daifuku systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTM01 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Br-Automation Brand 8BVI0220HWSO0001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 810A01BNSFP equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 23CX033A103NNBANN made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular DH14AT original spares produced by Tyco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00091708002031X0 by Asco and 810A01BNSFP spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PF256 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Union-Signal. |
