COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2822A25G03 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hirschmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eg--G product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirschmann such as the RS2TX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AJ65BTC132D manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA4015ZFN001 by Manufacturer Eg--G as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji-Electric Brand NP1X1606W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eagle-Signal such as HP53A601 equipment made by Eagle-Signal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eagle-Signal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eagle-Signal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E84AVSCE3712SX0 made by Lenze as well as the popular KVAD40 original spares produced by Keyence Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Model96 by Lawson-Labs and HP53A601 spares by Eagle-Signal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693CPU363BH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
