COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2755-DS1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the 40BA001BCC0AA00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2MBI400SK0601 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3ADT306800R1 by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand 2DI100Z12001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tech-Motive-Tool such as 40054P7019 equipment made by Tech-Motive-Tool have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tech-Motive-Tool products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tech-Motive-Tool" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 356X209HAG01PCB made by Ge as well as the popular 3RA61201CB32 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S1TG4A2B11A1AK5M5 by Rosemount and 40054P7019 spares by Tech-Motive-Tool are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 38000856200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
