COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1974-OB32P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chino products, including obsoleted and phased-out Analog-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chino such as the LT45050A0000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3B3100 manufactured by Analog-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Analog-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A16B2200076001A by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji-Electric Brand NP1Y64T09P1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fylynn such as AL120 equipment made by Fylynn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fylynn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fylynn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC200C00001000000 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 3A07756 original spares produced by Br Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMA02232DC024050 by Indramat and AL120 spares by Fylynn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXAI8V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
