COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 193-EC2BD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Clipsal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deutsch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Clipsal such as the L5504RVFP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4550009018 manufactured by Deutsch and we are pleased to be able to service most Deutsch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1745E154 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carlo-Gavazzi Brand SA240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as D26MRD70A1 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 321A40 made by Asco as well as the popular 5200LV2 original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3N725 by Dayton and D26MRD70A1 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DT3001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
