COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 193-C1K1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujitsu/fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allied-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the CE15PN3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SUB242H manufactured by Fujitsu/fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu/fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MH12D265VDC by Manufacturer Allied-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Basler Brand A3FE1JA0B1F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Carlo-Gavazzi such as RZ3A60A75 equipment made by Carlo-Gavazzi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carlo-Gavazzi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carlo-Gavazzi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 700RT10N010A1 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 22Q2CA240 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCA110 by C-P-Clare and RZ3A60A75 spares by Carlo-Gavazzi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 88974162 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crouzet. |
