COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1791R-8B8P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cal-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber-Colman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the AIA16G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CAL9300 manufactured by Cal-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Cal-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 587A20016000100 by Manufacturer Barber-Colman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Appleton-Electric Brand EFD175J1U1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lecroy such as 2520814 equipment made by Lecroy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lecroy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lecroy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 840J491616F made by Eurotherm as well as the popular 93125A240VMCLAX original spares produced by Eurotherm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DAH4002B by Hoffman and 2520814 spares by Lecroy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NX900 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Han-Young. |
