COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1756-0A16I/A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Intermatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynamic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Han-Young product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Intermatic such as the E1125CR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 158223 manufactured by Dynamic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HY48DHY48D by Manufacturer Han-Young as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ims Brand 8ZONEHOUSING in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horner-Electric such as HE693DAC410D equipment made by Horner-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horner-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horner-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 818STCR4MA20 made by Eurotherm as well as the popular DX4KMSNR original spares produced by Han-Young Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P0400YD by Foxboro and HE693DAC410D spares by Horner-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET90115CR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intermatic. |
