COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 150-C3NBD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Anorad-Corp. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Anorad-Corp. such as the 5200H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IKS0374 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KL9187 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 871LXCB40Q40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati-Milicron such as OC35313120A equipment made by Cincinnati-Milicron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati-Milicron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati-Milicron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DX4KCSNRKSC1613 made by Han-Young as well as the popular AV901AB100 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSS1502 by Dme and OC35313120A spares by Cincinnati-Milicron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RMIDC5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Continental. |
