COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1336SB020ANENGM1HA2L5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued B--R products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Autonics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader B--R such as the 8V1045002ACOPOS10458V1045 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7CP774601 manufactured by B--R and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5PFE7 by Manufacturer Autonics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand VS1SP4151B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bayside such as BDS071 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ID15H405E made by Baldor as well as the popular 20AD027A0NYNANNN original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20AD022A0AYYANN0 by Allen-Bradley and BDS071 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BUM616121831R0100A00901 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller. |
