COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1334-DJB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Etel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Compact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the 20AC015A0AYNANNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSB2 manufactured by Etel and we are pleased to be able to service most Etel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CI12211 by Manufacturer Compact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand TLYA2540PHJ62AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cud1 such as CUD1 equipment made by Cud1 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cud1 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cud1" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ID15H401E made by Baldor as well as the popular 132F0028 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B6132H001 by Fanuc and CUD1 spares by Cud1 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B6093H114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
