COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley EK-2170-0-45 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Badley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automated-Packaging parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Badley such as the 845HSJHZ14CMY2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 58520A1 manufactured by Automated-Packaging and we are pleased to be able to service most Automated-Packaging systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BHS000U by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea-Brown-Boveri Brand TB557J260004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ametek such as 7001202021 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BES516200S21250S5 made by Balluff as well as the popular 875CPG20C30R3 original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IRU5113M by Automation-Products and 7001202021 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BES5163013GSA2PU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
