COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 871TMDF1NP12D4SerA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Artech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BISC650BISC60202803KL2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD0523800L10 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS70210150K by Manufacturer Artech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asb-Heating-Elements Brand PFIU16680MR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BGL80A001S49 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BES516213E4E03 made by Balluff as well as the popular IRU5180 original spares produced by Automation-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 802PRLBAC1 by Allen-Badley and BGL80A001S49 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NO2AE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alphasense. |
