COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 47SN1-4001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ametek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BISC600201965003ST11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0S26KPA1LHCS4C manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88F005A2SC by Manufacturer Ametek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Badley Brand 45PVA2LEA2F4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ami-Eiektronic such as 300861760024f12 equipment made by Ami-Eiektronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ami-Eiektronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ami-Eiektronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PFIU16680MR made by Asb-Heating-Elements as well as the popular PIDAH original spares produced by Alphasense Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS12MPS1XBS4C by Balluff and 300861760024f12 spares by Ami-Eiektronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42RC14001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
