COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 440F-M1218BYNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alphasense parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the 951AV0205N35D3E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIDAH manufactured by Alphasense and we are pleased to be able to service most Alphasense systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40A00200PGE1000 by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ashcroft Brand ASHK1S050D5M0242C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atc such as 7263AR4D4FRX equipment made by Atc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 810A14AR made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular 70718SE original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 845HSJDZ25CMY2 by Allen-Badley and 7263AR4D4FRX spares by Atc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA510050490000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anderson. |
