COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Airsweep Systems CBO-10-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Penny-+-Giles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proface product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Penny-+-Giles such as the D53052C4S00P00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E100 manufactured by Beijer and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP2600TC11ampGP2000VM41 by Manufacturer Proface as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brad-Communications Brand DRL380 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gefran such as GFVEDOML104CTXE00000G equipment made by Gefran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gefran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gefran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZS6WRS made by Avg as well as the popular CMPFPM33F2E original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP577SC11 by Proface and GFVEDOML104CTXE00000G spares by Gefran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GK30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nais. |
