COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aes Seal 812255-40N1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlanta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ameridrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 247241247242247248 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5843907 manufactured by Atlanta and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlanta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23488 by Manufacturer Ameridrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Amet Brand SPC4500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Air-Champ such as 436825 equipment made by Air-Champ have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Air-Champ products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Air-Champ" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 562 made by Bison as well as the popular SP100MF17031000 original spares produced by Alpha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B121160 by B-loc and 436825 spares by Air-Champ are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A202VH30P90PV80981000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonfigioli. |
