COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aerotech U11M-2-B/X2-DM4001-40-F1/ES12197/ES11916 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gast-Idex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the VIGCP03FB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VG13000000201 manufactured by Gast-Idex and we are pleased to be able to service most Gast-Idex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS12A01 by Manufacturer Nsd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wells-Brookfield Brand VTA110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130G304330 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 17560A16IA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular VME830016763001 original spares produced by Cambrian-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 179116A0 by Allen-Bradley and VT130G304330 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UNI2403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
