COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aerotech ART310-G54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Binder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the PS142015SH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CWDM3709T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8662107H00 by Manufacturer Binder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Autotron Brand A750P07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bayside such as RA115100 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAS16P made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular B4566007A original spares produced by Beloit Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 300H100A12102 by Bando and RA115100 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300L2201PCV01BF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonfigioli. |
