COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Aeg Modicon ALU011EN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Catelec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Catelec such as the CDD27012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASC484264 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLV295A0012 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand AMS980130 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aptech such as AP1210SM2PWFV8FV8 equipment made by Aptech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aptech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aptech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL6922X1KA3P12 made by Fisher-Rosemount as well as the popular C20LK201EV1 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV95060KBX5 by Siei and AP1210SM2PWFV8FV8 spares by Aptech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C200HBC051V2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
