COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advantech TPC-1260T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vicor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the YB560103AC8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W940B manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VI26LCV by Manufacturer Vicor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand Y110CPU61210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vicor such as VI263CU equipment made by Vicor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vicor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vicor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UM704K09 made by Nachi as well as the popular U03RM original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VUB16016NO2 by Ixys and VI263CU spares by Vicor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1762MM1RTC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
