COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advantech FPM-3150G-RBE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sony products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sony such as the LT20201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H8830A1024BO manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICC5000CNC by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand IC752WFB202C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Globe such as i250 equipment made by Globe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Globe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Globe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M973S404XX made by Static-Control as well as the popular HM1520TE original spares produced by Maple-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS3140 by Opto-22 and i250 spares by Globe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GCK2D100L2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
