COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advantech FPM-3121G-R3AE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flatman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC752VCS048C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FS150SIILD0SG manufactured by Flatman and we are pleased to be able to service most Flatman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INX85TTC850 by Manufacturer Dynics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand IQDP2ampPONI9600BPSPONI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MACE150 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IODI8TO8 made by Unitronics as well as the popular IQCEDII original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPM3171GXCE by Advantech and MACE150 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JTPA1160000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
