COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advantech FPM-2150GB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hi-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maple-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hi-Tech such as the HT445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HM1520T007 manufactured by Maple-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Maple-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GD80EH1MJG by Manufacturer Hach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Static-Control Brand M973S404XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Digitec such as IMOLAPCDC24v equipment made by Digitec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digitec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digitec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC63A2JB910401 made by Nematron as well as the popular GP2300LG41 original spares produced by Pro-Face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LTC513660 by Bosch and IMOLAPCDC24v spares by Digitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J230170574141RREV09 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
