COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advanced SD31060IESA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Daisan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harmonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bimba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Daisan such as the ST16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA5201P100SP14A50 manufactured by Harmonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS311DXP by Manufacturer Bimba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A16B12110870 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atr such as VE13 equipment made by Atr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1336SB075ANEN4HA2L6 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular CSDJ02BX2 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS4 by Cincinnati and VE13 spares by Atr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2094AM02S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
