COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Advance 3-1/4X6-1/2MP2RC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ag-Communications products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aimtron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ag-Communications such as the FB016426A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 504615 manufactured by Aimtron and we are pleased to be able to service most Aimtron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NDRIVEHPE10 by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 100WB300N3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aerotech such as NDRIVEHPE20IOMXH equipment made by Aerotech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aerotech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aerotech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BA0066414 made by Aker-Wirth-Kvaerner as well as the popular 630D18394 original spares produced by Aerotech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100SD210EA22C by Allen-Bradley and NDRIVEHPE20IOMXH spares by Aerotech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 104SC09ZJ210C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
