COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Acrison TMQ1206-7491X9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asm such as the 257369501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LF93275B9J manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA9015 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alpha Brand SK100SMF1101H1PampG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as VF44F1 equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 119014M40 made by Bando as well as the popular 3842519003 original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMFMTC1 by Allied-Devices and VF44F1 spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRC23YB001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
