COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Acrison 207-1101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Apex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Alpha product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Apex such as the AT140FC020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE070020 manufactured by Apex and we are pleased to be able to service most Apex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP010MF110041000 by Manufacturer Alpha as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand PG115100LB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 17Q20H56 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2e1001424 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular HF91320B5H original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP075SMF131C12S by Alpha and 17Q20H56 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B1325302 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer B232-30-2. |
