COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Acrison 2070307STD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Viking products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Viking such as the 3551003419DT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32M010ES manufactured by Edrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Edrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24MM by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micron Brand 32314020E930 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shimpo such as 2A19013C56BH equipment made by Shimpo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimpo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimpo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 27S1203R made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 300ULR30A original spares produced by Browning Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 347124216471 by Micron and 2A19013C56BH spares by Shimpo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711T6C20LI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
