COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Acrison 10MSFD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Air-lock-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bonfigioli product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Air-lock-Inc. such as the 2432006205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 177814M100 manufactured by Ametric and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MVF49 by Manufacturer Bonfigioli as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ametric Brand AMETRICFRD401FP1GEARBOX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bonfigioli such as VF27F1HS equipment made by Bonfigioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfigioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfigioli" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GF32A596 made by Berg as well as the popular A99903 original spares produced by Auto-Rotor-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAS30 by Bonfigioli and VF27F1HS spares by Bonfigioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2265F01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alling-lander.
