COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Accu-coder 802S-20-S-0024-Q-HV-1-F-1-SG/25.00-N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantest products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ametek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantest such as the Q82032A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 845HSJGB24DRY2C manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLUEOX by Manufacturer Ametek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 845HSJDL24CFY1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accu-sort such as 34278 equipment made by Accu-sort have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-sort products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-sort" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 84811A made by Agilent as well as the popular BTL5A11M0508PS32 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLGI2FL6M01 by Brooks and 34278 spares by Accu-sort are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XH25EF1SS2500ABZC15VVSM18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
