COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb P-HC-PLT-10111100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R978017757 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDB20VD manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PP075T by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Semikron Brand SKIIP603GB173CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sigma such as S1CAH04120PVT0070UD1100C equipment made by Sigma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sigma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sigma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R34195 made by Udylite as well as the popular S1771SIM original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBPRI0 by Mazak and S1CAH04120PVT0070UD1100C spares by Sigma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKKD38016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron. |
