COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nissei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smart-Biphasic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nippon-Tokushu-Sokki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nissei such as the GFMN15120T40T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M473560200RevC manufactured by Smart-Biphasic and we are pleased to be able to service most Smart-Biphasic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCH1T by Manufacturer Nippon-Tokushu-Sokki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Horner Brand HENX251DM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as IC551186910001 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3000CS200H made by Ge as well as the popular LR86414 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT420656 by Keba and IC551186910001 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Membrane Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lantech-Inc.
