COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb DSSR116 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC752WFC572FC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVDVE115 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC655CPU500 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand HMA3175 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as FCU6MU021 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KRS3552 made by Perske as well as the popular IC660BBA101 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M0208300 by Control-Techniques and FCU6MU021 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M0598300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques.
