COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb DSQC266K 3HAB8799-1/2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exlar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Htc005/01 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the E4809045243B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSX300602MFMEM2268EB manufactured by Exlar and we are pleased to be able to service most Exlar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTC00501 by Manufacturer Htc005/01 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC3600AOAB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as GMMSDINT1L2 equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ERSFH8414FAA made by Russellstoll as well as the popular GMBHFSV4I015A original spares produced by Wittur Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMT2004R10 by Itd and GMMSDINT1L2 spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DULX111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
