COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb DSCA130 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the ISM1403C01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXM490W manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600SGDF1 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mazak Brand HR556 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optronic such as E3000 equipment made by Optronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GLC2600TC4124V made by Proface as well as the popular IC697CPU781 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP10E1ST34030B1 by Saftronics and E3000 spares by Optronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSQC602 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
