COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Abb DSCA-125 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nexcom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Clouter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nexcom such as the HDB31670 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDAS1200P manufactured by Clouter and we are pleased to be able to service most Clouter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E4809045243B by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand EX10MAI31 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyoda such as FL9A8H6PCBI003 equipment made by Toyoda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyoda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyoda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HNC31200 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular HMA31000T original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HC03009053 by Hubbell and FL9A8H6PCBI003 spares by Toyoda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HLD63400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
