COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the FN515TU001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D14CS35 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM6003X1GA1 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Total-Control Brand CQPM3D200B2PA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advantech such as EKI1522 equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D840MPM made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular CRM565 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CX1500M310 by Beckhoff and EKI1522 spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1675VNBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
