COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brown--Sharpe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2Z847 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 364629AP manufactured by Brown--Sharpe and we are pleased to be able to service most Brown--Sharpe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2N996G by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 387PA305 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thompson such as 346117942792 equipment made by Thompson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thompson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thompson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20BM090BXDT0 made by Toyoda as well as the popular 1VT4220U original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35M722M760G1 by Baldor and 346117942792 spares by Thompson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 201232646100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
