COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the A. O. Smith E166 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sm-cyclo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sm-cyclo such as the CHNJ4115DBY210B79B3117M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFVABS08022 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E1616N by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand D10P2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anorad such as D6250551 equipment made by Anorad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anorad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anorad" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNHJS6105Y11 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular DR6H36270RH original spares produced by Cmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRE7U23P7 by Yaskawa and D6250551 spares by Anorad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRVU4A0018FAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
