COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the A-b Nippondenso 8500-A2D-L1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sor-Static-o-ring parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the 50702126 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6LB3J4C1ACGMMRR manufactured by Sor-Static-o-ring and we are pleased to be able to service most Sor-Static-o-ring systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80L4BRE20HL by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 5K224D13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental such as 4RK25GNCW2M equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60SSRB made by Renold as well as the popular 5K42HG2669 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5KS447SAA298 by Ge and 4RK25GNCW2M spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 73307AAO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gardner-Denver. |
