COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa 46S03152-0010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Comark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Comark such as the 6308520001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6182AIAZAC manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 57C424 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eurotherm Brand 590L03509000000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fem1 such as 6080930802 equipment made by Fem1 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fem1 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fem1" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 62730572 made by Tsudakoma as well as the popular 4900216 original spares produced by Minster Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6170FCCE1Z1EBZZ by Allen-Bradley and 6080930802 spares by Fem1 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6610326C40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ppt-Vision. |
