COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Westronics CB100246-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Corman-Arcnet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moog product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the CCTDI120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CTN108 manufactured by Corman-Arcnet and we are pleased to be able to service most Corman-Arcnet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D122F022A022 by Manufacturer Moog as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CIMR71616G3M40371E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Acs such as DDM3U2320V equipment made by Acs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DDS21W025DA0100 made by Indramat as well as the popular DD900S17K6B2 original spares produced by Eupec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPCRFR02B97R4M by Yaskawa and DDM3U2320V spares by Acs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DC9504044 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
