COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warrick 2G1F02Z1E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acuson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the BFD48S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31641 manufactured by Acuson and we are pleased to be able to service most Acuson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 268613 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand 3708630010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nordson such as 1080792 equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46956244 made by Demag as well as the popular 0049A02 original spares produced by Matsurra-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QBCA1BR943 by Westinghouse and 1080792 spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 874059 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accuray. |
